If you are one of the first 50 tenants to register on BHC, your first 3 months’ rent is FREE! 
Select ‘Pay Monthly’ and include it in your purchase. For your rental you will be billed monthly via Payfast Recurring Billing, starting in 4 months’ time. You will be billed on the 30 day anniversary of the joining date every month.

If you are not one of the first 50, you will be billed immediately for your first month’s rent, which is payable monthly in advance, and is billed on the 30 day anniversary of the joining date every month.
You can also choose to pay your rent for 6 or 12 months upfront, and get 1 or 2 months’ rent free, respectively. (Choose your option below).

If you don’t need a shop, we won’t be able to charge you commission on sales, therefore we charge a flat rate of R500 pm for a Landing Page with a link to your external web site, if you have one, or with links to your Contact, Booking or Quote forms.
